White-label FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
For drops: 1,000 units (60 ml dropper bottles). For bulk concentrate: 25 L. For OEM finished products: depends on packaging — typically 5,000 units.
Can you ship outside India?
Yes. We export to USA, UAE, Australia, Singapore, Germany, UK as standard. Other markets on request.
Do you provide regulatory documentation?
Yes — every order ships with relevant compliance documents (FDA registration certificate, FSSAI license, COA, MSDS, TDS, certifications applicable to the destination market).
How do you protect our formulation IP?
NDA-first relationships. Your custom blend is documented as your IP. We never resell a custom formulation.
Can we visit your facility?
Yes — site visits are welcome. We host buyer audits at our facility annually for partner brands.
What's your reorder lead time after the first order?
2–3 weeks for repeat lots. Custom blends slightly longer.
